Sorry, But Back to Buisness

Sorry for the lack of posts. Working on a couple of things including a new podcast. But Back to business...

We all have heard about the big mess that New York State governor Elliot Spitzer is in right now. But Could he have gotten away with it? Was there some flaws in his plan? I'm not condoning what he did but just for fun lets examine this...

We all can admit that Spitzer left a few doors open (literaly and figurativly.) First off is he left the door open. When Christin (the name of the... escort) was to meet Client 9 (Spitzer) he told her that he would leave his hotel room open for her and for her just to go in and wait. Now thats not very safe is it. That did not just leave the door open for Christian, but for a possable assasin. It could have very well happened. So that was mistake number 1.

Next is what about security. He must have security with him 24/7 right. He is (untill monday) the governer of NYS. So... where were they? This makes it allmost impossable to do anything without sombody knowing about it. If he told them to leave they probably stayed. Checked the door every couple minuits and then went back into the hotel room next door. So security was porbably a big problem.

He didn't do it in Las Vegas. Witch one... makes it illegal. And two... what happens in Vegas stayes in Vegas. And to top it all off he flew Christin to Washington. BIG MISTAKE. Now it goes federal.

CREDIT CARD BALENCE! Duh somebody is gonna check the bill. Maybe your wife. Try talking your way out of that one. I know you got some major chash but still over $4,000.

Valentines Day, Thats gonna piss the Mrs. off don't you think?

He called on a cell phone... Payphone for all your dirty work, duh

Chances are they probably weren't quiet. I've been in hotels before. I know how it goes.

And last but not least HE IS THE GOVERNER! Can't you wait till freeken 2010 untill you can knock your rock off. Geeze get out of the stage before you drop your pants.

What Happened to e-Mail

Sorry for the lack of posts. I've been very busy planning something BIG! But back to the topic. What happened to e-mail? Ok let me just back up a bit. 4 months ago I sent my friend a link to Jib-Jabs starring you section. That was 4 months ago. Now my friend is online all the time. He has an AIM account. But this particular day he wasn't online. So I thought "I'll just send him an e-mail and he can read it later." So I did. The next day he was online, and the day after that, and after that. I just assumed he read his e-mail. Yesterday he sent me an instant message saying he just read my email. JUST READ IT. AFTER 4 MONTHS! People READ YOUR EMAIL! Its not useless, it's not obsolete. I use it all the time and you should too.

Is America Growing in all the Wrong Places?

While American's Waists and Gas Prices are certanly growing, the economy is not. America has definatly become a consumer country, we have shipped allmost all our buisness over seas. But what about America's Future?

You hear it all over the news, America is going into a recession. But maybe thats what we need. A weeker american doller might make it cheeper to produce products over hear instead of china. I mean china artificialy keeps their dollar low so we keep sending or company's over their to make us cheap crap we can buy at Wall-Mart. I'm in a hurry so I'll cover more on this tomarrow. Just some food for thought.

Dose the Crazy Iphone Lady have a Point?

Well... no. The computer is not taking over our brains. But maybe we are being seduced, but is it a bad thing? We live in a world where the vast majority of us are indeed addicted to technology. What would you do without your Ipod, I don't know what I would do. But back to the topic. I'm gonna look into the accusations Ms. Crazy IPhone Lady makes, and see if their true.

First off. Cell Phone Kills Brian Cells (nurons) - TRUE
Well not compleatly. A group of Sweedish Scientists Discovered that Cell Phone Radiation did harm brain cells in rats, but these results were not found in humans. But it is possible with high power cell phones to do some damage to your brains. But not enough to cause serious health problems. But this is what they found in Rats. The protective barrier around rats brains started to leak causing blood protines that are normally kept away from the brain to enter and come in contact with nurons.

Cell Phone Causes Alsheimers- FALSE
See Above

Second, Computer takes over mind - FALSE
I searched google and no evidence that a computer can't take over your mind. But I did find evidence that you can control a computer with your mind. So she got that a little ass backwards.

Cell Phone Power Measured in Pixels - FALSE
Thats a camera. everybody knows that.

Computers want to take over the human brain - FALSE
duh lady, thats the ailiens

The TV makes your brain Stupid - TRUE
But it's not because of the TV. It's the TV Shows. It's not called a boob tube for nothing.

There is a Master Brain Controlling all brains - FALSE
NO FREAKEN WAY! If there was a master brain wouldn't we all be and think exactly the same. If their was a master brain that controled all brains war would be a thing of the past. No Conflick, No Indiviguality.

That one dude in the crowd is from another planet - TRUE (not really)
I mean come on, when you were talking about the Iphone hurting you, but people from other planets. If you want to save your brain, DON'T smoke another one.

The MacBook was made by Aliens - FALSE
If they did, They did a good job...

The CD-ROM is Shutting down - TRUE
About Every 15 years electronics change media. So the Compact Disk is indeed on it's way out. Being replaced by blueray or HD DVD. But it's not being delibratly shut down. Just something better came.

They Chant CD-ROM in temples - FALSE
Maybe they used to. But that wasn't a temple. That was Macworld 1992

She's the scum of the earth - FALSE
CRAZY and SCUM are different.

The Government wants to take her out - N/A
This is not covered to the freedom of information act.

Now I'm gonna give the lady some credit. At least she belives something, and is doing something with her life. You never know, she might be right. And she'll be standing on planet lexon chanting "I TOLD YOU SO." But untill then. I'm gonna be seduced by my sexy Ipod Touch and read another DIGG story on my laptop.

10 things Vista Should have done

1) Ok lets just admit that Windows did copy some of the features in Mac OS X. That would be ok if they threw in some more of their own features that we can actually use. I mean that scrolling window button may look cool, but if you have to pay to get it (buy something higher then windows home basic) then it's not worth it. And it actually is pointless because it takes me more time to find that button then to look down at the start bar and just hit the tab.

2)They should have given us what they promised, Windows code name Longhorn was to be the ultimate OS. Do you all Remember this?
(continued) Longhorn was supposed to be crammed with cool features. That telephone thing, what happened to that. That cool picture software? And what about "Simply the greatest version of Windows we've ever built." What Happened to that?

3) Given it to us 5 years ago. I know this is similar to number 2, but didn't they say that this would come out in 2003. It even says this in the video above (2:36). Personally if they came out with something close to Longhorn in 2003 they would probably have secured their spot at the top of the PC market for a few more years.

4) Make sure computers are actually ready to take on this huge OS. That's Something apple dose really well. When they release a new OS, they make it compatible with older model Macs.

5) Have one full and complete version of vista. Mac Leopard has one version. You do not need to sacrifice the ability's of your OS because of your budget. (See Video Below)
6)THE PRICE IS NOT RIGHT! Vista is way too expensive for what your getting. It is not worth the price. And even if you buy it you probably would have to update your machine for it to even run properly.

7)Make it more personal... I like my computer to be all about me, beyond my desktop and my screen saver. Mac has free software that is included with your mac, like Ilife. Windows Movie Maker sucks. But Final Cut is perfect for editing your home movies. The Software is all interconnected on a Mac. It makes it so much easier to wright an email, check your schedule, or find a phone number.

8)Enhance the Desktop, Ok the sidebar was a nice touch, but I want something more to put my frequently used icons and files on my desktop. Without cluttering it up. Leopard stacks is such a brilliant idea. Windows is behind the ball when it comes to user interface.

9)Ready out of the Box. I hate it when I have to Install Drivers on my PC. Or even install the OS itself. Make it ready when I need it.

10)Automatic Maintenance. I don't want to manually defrag my hard drive of back up my files. Make it easy to set times for it to do it by itself.

Hopefully the next version of windows it more of a hit. Until then, I'm gonna buy a Mac.
